The BUYER is encouraged to have bird(s) examined by a qualified Avian Veterinarian of his/her  choice within 3 days of purchase and/or when received by airline shipping. If during this 3 day period,  the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well being that is diagnosed as  being a prior condition, by the examining veterinarian, The Parrot's Nest agrees at its discretion, to  either refund the BUYER the purchase price or to replace said bird(s) with bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known) and age of bird(s) of equal value if so agreed by BUYER.  The Parrot's Nest can only warrant the birds/babies that are out of  our own stock. The bird (s) will be vet checked prior to shipping.
